Wedding Ceremony

As your officiant, I listen deeply when creating your ceremony. Most couples want their ceremony to be unique and memorable with a bit of humor. And of course no ceremony is complete without those heartfelt moments where you see tears of joy rolling down the cheeks of your guests. These truly are the memorable moments that I aim to put into every ceremony.

Your Day, Your Way

I meet with you to help personalize your wedding ceremony. We can include as much spirituality as you would like. Again, you get to pick and choose.

In our meeting we discuss the different ways that we can have family members and friends involved in the ceremony too.

If you desire a rehearsal, I can schedule it in.

I like to arrive early so that I can be proactive if anything unforeseen arises, there are times when a calm presence is appreciated in moments of nervousness.

I provide you with a decorative Marriage Certificate

After the wedding ceremony I register your marriage with Vital Statistics

Ethnic and Multi-Faith Ceremonies

I work with bride and groom to incorporate elements of their faiths and traditions to create a ceremony that is meaningful to them.

Do you have a lot of out of town guests for your wedding?

I know many couples have friends and family driving or flying in from long distances. The Alberta 4-H Centre is a beautiful lakefront facility with 17 dorm style rooms which accommodates 98 guests.  It also has 10 RV spots, fire pits, hiking trails and so much more to offer. Their home-style cooking for up to 130 guests is exquisite. Located on 143 scenic acres overlooking Battle Lake, it is a unique wedding venue.
