Your wedding day is getting near and you’re feeling a little nervous. Shallow breathing accentuates anxiety and can leave you feeling feint and lightheaded. This breathing exercise is a simple, easy and effective way to calm yourself. You can practice this mindful breathing exercise anytime, anywhere. I suggest sitting straight in your chair with both feet on the floor. Then, it’s just four simple breath segments done to a count of four. Repeat for a few moments. Be sure to take the air deep into your belly.
